Group programmes

Support is easier to reach when it has a regular time.

Alongside individual therapy and coaching, Scer runs recurring group programmes. They give teams a shared language for wellbeing — and give people a low-pressure first step before one-to-one work.

All sessions run online by secure video, in Central European Time, and are delivered in English with other languages on request.

How groups complement 1:1 work

A gentler door into support.

01

Lower the barrier

A shared session feels less exposing than booking therapy. For many people it's the first step toward one-to-one support.

02

Build manager capability

The skill lab pairs naturally with executive coaching to lift a whole layer of leadership at once.

03

Set a shared language

When a team has words for pressure and recovery, the ideas in our Journal become everyday practice.

One-day intensives too
